How do engagements work?
You can choose the shape that suits the work: a focused project, an ongoing partnership or specialists embedded in your team. Responsibilities and working relationships are agreed from day one.
The main models
Focused project A defined outcome with agreed scope, milestones and cost, such as a website, an app, an integration or an audit. Best when the goal is clear and bounded. Discovery then delivery For work with more uncertainty, we begin with a short discovery phase to research, prototype and plan, then move into delivery with a firmer scope and estimate. Ongoing partnership A continuing relationship for products that evolve: new features, maintenance, monitoring and improvement. Often follows a launch. Embedded specialists or teams Individual engineers, designers, QA or SEO specialists, or a connected team accountable for an outcome, working alongside your people. See the Hire section.
