RS-09 / RESOURCES
What should I prepare?
Very little. A clear sense of why you are reaching out is the most valuable thing.
Helpful to bring (none of it is required)
- The goal
What would success look like? For example: more enquiries, faster internal processes, a new product launched or a standard achieved.
- The context
Who are the users or customers? What exists today, such as a website, a system, a spreadsheet or a process? What is not working?
- Constraints
Timelines, budget range if you have one, technology you must use or avoid, regulatory or security requirements and people who must be involved in decisions.
- Examples
Products, sites or tools you admire or dislike, and why. Screenshots, documents or links can make a conversation much faster.
- Access (later)
If we are reviewing something existing, we may ask for access to analytics, code repositories or systems. We agree what is shared and how it is protected before anything is exchanged.
What you do not need
- A detailed specification
- Technical knowledge
- A final decision on platform or technology
- A fixed budget figure
A simple way to start
Write three sentences: what you are trying to do, who it is for, and what is in the way. Send them to us, and we will take it from there.
A note on security
Please do not email passwords, financial details or sensitive personal data. We will set up secure ways to share anything confidential.
